Excellent customer service

Would recommend. I have found this thermometer works best when taking temperatures in the ear, but it is easy and quick to use for both methods - forehead and ear. I initially had an issue and Elepho had excellent customer service and made me a happy customer!

Thermometer works well. As expected.
Packaging is not representative of the product advertised on Elepho site as well as Amazon site.

So easy to uze

I am obsessed with this thermometer. I am a mom of three and have spent forever trying to find the best thermometer to use. We used quite a few different ones but the eTherm is my favorite. It’s so easy to use, works instantly. I highly recommended it!

So easy and helpful.

I bought the eTherm just in case I would ever need it. I wasn’t feeling very well and I hate the feeling when I have no clue if I am sick or not. So that’s why it’s so easy to know in seconds you can know weather or not you may have a fever It’s so easy to use and I feel
Like I always get such accurate results. I recommend everyone should go but this product Because it becomes a real life savior.
