Returns Policy

Return Policy/COVID-19 Update - in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent within the industry. Once a product has left our warehouse of on-line store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request an RMA, please contact our customer service department at 1-888.462.8677.
  •  Product(s) returned to Elepho directly must have been purchased from our website, www.elepho.com 
  • Product(s) purchased from any retailer or website other than www.elepho.com must be returned to the original purchase location, in accordance with the return policy of the purchase location.
  • Product(s) returned to Elepho directly must have been purchased from our website, www.elepho.com 
  • The customer is responsible for returning the product to Elepho to receive a refund.
  • Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) as per the sole discretion of Elepho.

  • If the Product(s) is returned without an RMA, Elepho cannot process your refund.
  • The product(s) must be returned to Elepho within three weeks after the completion of the RMA form to be considered a valid return.
  • Depending on your financial institution, the processing of your refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment in which the order was placed. If you no longer have the card you originally used to place your order, your financial institution will issue your refund in check form.
  • You will be issued an email when your return has been received and processed by Elepho.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and it is recommended to receive and hold on to the tracking number for your returned product(s).
  • Any Elepho Product(s) purchased from an unauthorized retailer or website (Ebay, Craig’s List, etc.) will null and void the return and warranty policy.
  • Please ensure you include all components in your returned unit. Incomplete returns (missing base station or missing sensor) will be refunded the retail value of parts received by Elepho’s returns processing department.
  • Elepho reserves the right to change these policies or procedures at any time without notice.

Please note that due to COVID-19 safety precautions our delivery processes are running slower and your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive. Thank you for your patience during this challenging time. 


* Please note that our shippers cannot promise this delivery service to all addresses. By purchasing an Elepho product, you, the purchaser, agree to Elepho Inc.’s Shipping Terms and Conditions. This Shipping Policy supersedes any and all written or verbal communications from any company affiliate or representative. Exceptions to this or any policy are only at Elepho Inc.’s sole discretion.


  • Elepho Inc. agrees to ship product ordered within three business days of the date an order is placed.
  • Extended shipment dates, as clearly indicated at time of purchase, shall supersede the foregoing policy.
  • Elepho does not provide options to forgo shipment through designated pick up locations.
  • The purchaser is solely responsible for the cost of shipping, and may at their choice, choose a variety of shipping methods.
  • Elepho is not financially responsible for the accidental choice of shipping method, chosen at the point of purchase, and is not responsible to provide financial remuneration of such costs.
  • Prepaid Returns Shipping Label may be provided at Elepho Inc.’s sole discretion.
  1. Elepho Inc. ships only to Australia, Canada, the United States of America, including Alaska and Hawaii, UK, Israel, Hong Kong and Western European countries.

All sales are final. By purchasing from Elepho, you, the purchaser, agree to the following Payment and Returns Terms and Conditions, superseding any and all written or verbal communications from any company affiliate or representative.

There are two types of refunds: an Immediate Refund and a Return/Reprocess Refund.

All refunds will be issued at the company’s sole discretion, and must fall within the following circumstances:

  1. Orders are processed daily by 1:30pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
  2. Order cancellation requests are only eligible for an Immediate Refund when requested prior to the unit being processed, requiring cancellation confirmation by an approved Elepho Support Agent prior to the processing deadline
  3. Any order placed after 1:30 pm PST must be canceled prior to 1:30 pm PST the following business day.
  4. Any order cancellation request that occurs after an order is processed for shipment, and/or after an order has actually shipped, will be denied Immediate Refund status.
  5. Once any refund is processed it may take up to seven business days for funds to be returned to the customer’s account, according to their financial institution’s requirements.
  1. Any request for a refund that is denied Immediate Refund status may still be eligible for Return/Reprocess Refund status.
  2. At the company’s sole discretion, and under no obligation, the company may provide return shipping by method of its choice, in response to a refund request, when a unit has been shipped to the customer prior to that request.
  3. When a unit has been received by the company through return shipping, three business days will be allowed for the check-in process of the returned unit, prior to a refund being processed. The check-in process may include, but is not limited to, unit testing, reprocessing, repackaging, and restocking.
